    Default AB circle pro's

Does anyone have one and do they work? I know it would be what you put into it but some things are just gimmicks.

I bought it and sold it within months.

I dont buy into the gym equipment stuff anymore. Going for a walk to clear my head, get some fresh air and help my vitamin d levels all at the same time :-)

    Big waste of money.

Bad idea. Its very bad for ur back i had two that i gave away i.used it everyday and saw minimal results but i was also using a treadmill so i dont think the acp did anything. Someone told me the people in the ads and before and afters are dieticians who already work out and eat nothing to look that awesome.

Looking at the ad it would be too easy to just swing with your legs/momentum rather than engage the correct ab muscles. So you really wouldn't be doing anything
