    Default Weak pelvic floor - kind of funny...

    Since DS was born 6mths ago i have a very weak pelvic floor.

    Just now im sitting on the couch and i sneeze (i have a cold and am generally feeling crappy) DH turns to me and says...

    "whats up did you just pi$$ yourself?????"

    OMG!!!!

    I was at my in laws place the other day and I leaned over the couch to see what DS was doing and ended up farting really loud. Talk about weak pelvic floor lol

    When I was pregnant with number three every time I vomited (MS) I pi$$ed my pants. Noice.

    OMG I'm so pleased to hear I'm not alone in this...LOL! But I haven't given birth yet...I'm only 22 weeks with my first bub and this problem seems to be getting worse already! Are any of you first timers experiencing this?

    Country girl.. I'm 22weeks 1st timer too. Yep it's gotten worse for me aswell. Lol I try to do the exercises but cant hold them for more than like 3seconds.

    Try doing them when you are laying down in bed, I find it easier then.

    3 years on and I still do it! Even before falling pregnant with this bub. I usually wee a little bit then try and cross my legs as tightly as possible and do an awkward shuffle to the loo.
    I laugh about it afterwards though lol.
