Yep. I went overseas when I was 18-21 weeks pregnant. Just get up and take a couple of times to keep the blood flow.

I fly regularly with work (I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant) and it's all good! My midwife recommended I wear the compression stockings so maybe just check whether yours recommends that too?

Yes it's fine. I went to Bali while pregnant with DS (6.5 hours) and flew to the Gold Coast and will be flying home on Tuesday at 32 weeks.

The usual rules with airlines is you can fly to 36 weeks. After that you can fly up to 40 weeks on flights under 2.5 hours with a letter from your doctor.

If you're worried about health implications, get an aisle seat so you can get up and walk around to help prevent DVT.

I flew all through both my pregnancies and I get motion sickness. You can get ginger gummy bears in the lolly section of my woollies that helped and the magnetic bracelets from the chemist
