I've heard of a app called pages for viewing and editing word documents, it's around 10.50 to buy. And I have a program photo loader hd (free) for uploading to your fb albums

If it is in microsoft word then as far as I know you can't use that on the ipad. Yiu can only use mac programs.

There's an app called Good Reader that allows you to create and edit documents.

There is a program called quick office pro it's around $20 you can create and edit office documents as well as PDF it's like Microsoft office for your iPad. The only downside to iPad is you can't view flash videos I have not really found it a problem only some sites that use predominately flash have been an issue but that's very rare.
