I can't recall the specific instructions for sexual activity (obviously wasn't foremost in my mind ) and I would say best to avoid baths/swimming pools etc until your bleeding has stopped and no tampons due to risk of infection.

I've just seen you've also posted this question on the Asherman's Australia FB page, hopefully you'll get some answers there as well from those who've had a more recent procedure.
    Hi StarF1sh,

Did you have to book a follow up appointment to talk about your results? I live in melbourne so that would mean I'll have to fly up to see him again. He said he would call me to discuss so hopefully he will get around to that soon. It's been 2 days now and I'm getting terrible side effects from the Premarin. So I have a few questions.

Ah I see your dilemma! I am in Sydney so it wasn't hard to make a follow up appt. When I had my 1st surgery he told me to make an appointment to come in and discuss results (probably because my case was severe). When I was due to go in for my 2nd surgery I rang and made an appointment as close as possible after the surgery.

He's a really busy man (and frequently overseas) so I didn't find him that easy to contact by phone or email. Perhaps you could ring Mere and book a phone appointment with him? I'm sorry to hear you are having a rough time on the Premarin. I assume you've been advised to stay on it for 21 days?

I just heard from Dr V, he says I had stage 2 adhesion's but they were just on my cervix. He got rid of them and applied a gel. He also said my uterus was fine and looked healthy and told me to finish the round of premarin and that hopefully he wont have to see me again, and wished me happy bleeding. lol
