Default First&second molars at 3 months???

The past few days DD has been really unsettled, sweating excessively and has had a slight fever. Ive gave her a dose of Panadol which brought the fever straight down and hasnt had one since but I noticed this morning that the top right side of her mouth (where the molars are supposed to come in) is white! The middle bottom part of her mouth is beginning to whiten but thats not my main concern. Is it possible for her molars to cut through first at this age?!

Their gums get white spots, it doesnt mean the teeth are about to cut. DS2 had white spots from 11wks, his first tooth cut at 6mths.
