My boys love baked potatoes (i used to put pea's in ds' when he was on mushy food), , cheesy chicken bites, cheese and bacon scrolls (great for lunch too), beef salad, crumbed calamari, home made fried rice. These are our "special" meals in between those meat and vegie nights.

Try the taste website, its always my go too.. www.taste.com.au

    What about stuffed sausages.

    You will need fat sausages.

    You just grill them
    then split down the middle
I fill our with grilled onion, capsicum, mushrooms, diced bacon and top with cheese. Pop them back under the griller. Then a little bit of sour cream on the top. They are a massive hit with my fam.
