    Anyone know how expensive it is to send large boxes that weigh about 7kg to the US???

    Go to auspost.com.au and they have an online calculator, it's great, just put in the box dimensions and weight and it will give you the price

    I would think quite a bit. I posted one box to Germany that was just over 1kg and it cost around $45.

    Yeah it cost almost as much as what I was sending lol!! I tried to get DP to try post it through his work but he was too embarrassed lol.
