Like lots of PP's have said, I recognise most of the names of the people who have posted in this thread. I don't remember much about what you have posted or responded to though, unless it was something that really resonated with me or astounded me (good or bad) or I found interesting (as in "wow... how about that!")... if that makes sense.

As for my own visibility/invisibility ... I wouldn't have a clue. I guess I don't get alot of comments on stuff I post but I don't do alot of posting either. Had never really thought about it much until now.

No, but only because I've never really thought about it that way.

I've never thought that there were 'groups', 'cliques', or 'popular people' on BH. Just people who post lots and people who don't post so much. And my favourite posters inhabit both of those groups (although I wish some of my favourites did post more).

I'm also highly mysterious (nefarious, even) and therefore keep my Facebook separate from BH. So that means I don't know anyone here IRL anyway...

I've noticed you, and agreed a lot of the time!! I think you are both articulate and polite which is fantastic

Awww babyla, that's so sweet. I'm sooooo gonna quote what you said about me to DP. She can sleep peacefully knowing even if I'm constantly harassing her, other people know I love her

FWIW, I notice a lot of people but I'm a bit lazy to PM and what not. But I usually read whole threads, and every reply and retain a lot of information, so like shelle, I could probably tell you a lot about your life and it'd freak people out!

Minchi and MissMuppet, your words were lovely!

I reckon people worry that they'll put themselves out there and no one will know who they are, but the other person probably wants to reach out too but is also too scared to!

I know that to some I'm invisible and to others very noticeable. This forum is so large with so many sub forums, that those who haunt the pregnancy sections alone would have no idea who I am as I don't go near there, prefering to delve more into the relationship threads and, of course, the mental health area.

For a lot of members, they only recently discovered that I'm a guy!!

    BOY GERMS!!!!

I keep it all separate too. I also think that sometimes you agree with people and sometimes you don't. Maybe this comes across as groups/cliques but truly there's enough of the cliquey stuff in real life, that you'd hope a forum was where you'd get away from it.
