    Default Honest opinions?

    Hi ladies,

I had some bleeding at 7 DPO (which then stopped), but got a BFN when I tested at 8 DPO. AF is usually fairly consistent for me, and doesn't usually start and stop. So I was hoping it may have been implantation bleeding? But then the BFN.

Do you think I could still be pregnant? Has anyone had a BFN at around 8 DPO and still ended up with a BFP??

    Thanks!

Yes it's definitely possible 8dpo is very early to get a bfp so there is still hope.

I would say wait a couple of days and then re-test but who am I kidding if it were me I'd test every day until I got a bfp or AF showed up.

    Good luck

8DPO would be very very early to get a BFP. Anything before 11DPO is very early. I'd test again in a few days. If the bleeding was implantation, you wouldn't get a BFP until a couple of days later as it is after implantation that the hormone HCG is produced, then a couple of days for it to be high enough to register on a HPT. Good luck!

I got some spotting at 7dpo and a bfp at 8 dpo (I'm sure my spotting was at 7dpo but I would have to double check my diary on here) that baby is currently blowing raspberries on me but I do agree with pp maybe wait a day or 2 unless you have a stockpile of hpt like I did
