    Oat bran cookies
    Tea/coffee with skimmed milk
    Loads of water to drink
    A daily multivitamin

    I found it relatively easy to follow and didn't miss carbs at all but was glad to be on the second phase to introduce veg again!
    Yep I'm not too worried about the carbs but the veggies are what I'll

    Was great while I was on it but as pp - unless you stick to it long term be prepared for the weight to pile back on - and in my case - plus a bit more
