Default Waiting to Ttc... How will I get thru it!!

Baby fever has been growing steadily a few years now to begin with. DD is almost 9 and DD almost 8. I feel long overdue for baby number three. We are hoping to start ttc about this time next year. Oh it seems so far off. How on Earth do you get thru the wait? I think about this DAILY!

I get through the waiting by wasting hours a day on BH for a start...
    And reading pregnancy/parenting blogs.
And constantly looking at anyone's baby photos on facebook.
And constantly looking at both mine and DP's baby photos to imagine how our babies will look
I already chart my cycles so I'll be super prepared...
hmm I could go on and on.

I think about it more than daily, it's seriously bordering on dangerously obsessive. But I wait because I have to! And take some comfort in knowing that when I do have a baby it'll be in a secure loving home, and both DP and I will have finished uni and we'll be better set up for life. Sigh.

Definitely know you feel! We are officially waiting until next year to TTC, and in the meantime getting finances, study, body-ready (going off pill etc.). But its so hard to wait!

I;ve just gone off the pill, even though we're not officially trying til next year. (but i havent been off the pill in 7 yrs so want my body to get used to it), but its hard to think we couldnt just start 'trying' now.

But DH and I wnat to be prepared so we can bring baby into the world in an optimal environment.

    Still hard tho!

    Same feelings here everyone
DF and I are getting married in August so after that I'll be going off the pill (worried about face issues if i go off the pill before wedding!) and then we can start trying. Fingers crossed things will go back to normal quickly so it doesn't take too long!
Bub hub keeps me going!! Also lots of pre-baby researching and list writing!

But I know things are getting bad with my constant searching of the tv guide for shows with babies/birth etc

^^this made me laugh, I totally know the feel! My DP is supposed to finish this year but there's a chance he might not, and I'm all "dammit graduate and get a job so we can TTC already!"

Anyway, it's really nice to hear from others in the same position. There was a waiting until 2013 thread a while ago but it didn't last very long.

And my DP is still only a DP (as opposed to DF/DH) so I don't even know for sure if we'll get to that point in our relationship. Gah drives me crazy!

It's the worst, isn't it? School seems like it will never end for him. I'm so on board w the baby shows. I didn't watch them til a few months ago and now I watch all I can not having done so since I was last prego myself! What kind of pre-baby researching are we galking about here? I do need to find an OB but other than that, idk... My babies were born nearly 8 & 9 yrs ago. I could definitely use some refreshing on pregnancy, labor, baby etc...

As this will be our first baby most of my research is on conception, pregnancy, birth options etc, but sometimes I do get a bit ahead of myself and look at prams and cloth nappies and things!
But sometimes too much just makes me more impatient
