How bad do you think I felt!
The tooth fairy has forgotten a few times here. No big deal and in fact my girls almost wish she forgets now. You see sometimes she is really busy or she didn't want to get in Santa or the Easter Bunny's way and she comes the following night and leaves 2 coins instead of the usual one coin.

I felt really bad the first time I forgot DD1's and she was upset but I told her the tooth fairy must have been really busy and will come that night. Just by luck there was 2 other kids in her class that had lost teeth that afternoon/night as well so I was able to say see, she was busy.

Not caught yet. Last year though i let coop choose his own christmas presents and we gave them to the lady at the layby part and she was gonna give them to santa. He came with me to pick them up and he wanted to play with them right there and then. I said no as they were for another little boy who likes the same stuff as him. He believed me but it has definately taught me a lesson to not bring him with me while picking up laybys.
