    This never fails!!!!:

    Grans choccie slice

    Preheat oven to 160

    2 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup plain flour
    1/2 cup SR flour
    4 tbs cocoa
    1 cup dessicated coconut

Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in sifted flours, cocoa and coconut
Spread onto the baking paper covered lamington pan and bake for 25 minutes.

Ice when straight out of the oven whilst still in pan:

Chuck it in the fridge to set, sprinkle with coconut first though

Mine is similar to PP but do easy and tastes great.

    Coconut and choc chip slice

1 cup of sifted Self Raising Flour
    1 cup of milk
    1 cup of coconut
    3/4 cup of castor sugar
    3/4 cup of choc chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with milk last.
Line a Lamington tray with baking paper
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or 27 minutes in a fan forced oven

    200 g Granita biscuits
    1 cup desiccated coconut
    1 lemon rind

    For the icing

    2 cups icing sugar
    40g butter
    1 lemon juiced

    Method
    1. Grease and line a 3cm, 15x25cm slice tray.
    2. Place condensed milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. cook, stirring for 5 mins or until butter melts.
    3. Place biscuits in a food processor and process to fine crumbs.
    4. Combine crumbs, coconut, 2 teaspoons of lemon rind and butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
    5 Press into the tray
    6. Put it in the freezer to set for at least 1 1/2 hours.
    7. Place icing sugar, butter and 2 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice into a bowl. Mix well until smooth
