Spartacus is good - once you get past the stylized violence and the overtly sexual nature of it... the story is quite good. A few eps in and I thought it was rubbish... but kept watching and now I love it. Plenty of buff guys to perve on too. lol.

Oz - I know if you watch this you'll just think I'm into viewing as many naked men as possible (esp when you consider Spartacus as well... lol) but it's a good show based in a men's jail called Oz. Stars quite a few faces you'll recognise from other shows.

Buffy - I love watching Buffy. In order. Over and over. lol.

Supernatural - if you forget about the Satan/angels crap they go on with for a few seasons, the surrounding episodes are fairly mindless and enjoyable.

Lost - my favourite series, though was not happy with the ending. I expect if it had played out as they hoped, it'd be much better.

Alcatraz is one I'm currently enjoying.

SVU - the best in the Law and Order series I think. Fairly mindless television though...

Dexter - great show. I haven't hated a season yet.

True Blood - gets a bit silly sometimes, but it's kinda like Buffy in a way...

Gilmore Girls - I enjoyed watching this years ago. Would prob love to watch it again.

The Inbetweeners - they totally need to make another season ASAP. Funny stuff. The poms really know how to make funny TV.

The Office UK - MUCH more funny than the American rip-off. Ricky Gervais seems to be dodgy in everything he's done since (Extras was okay), so don't make a judgement based on that... he's perfect as David Brent, and so bloody awkward, you'll spend the whole series cringing.

All of Chris Lilly's shows - Angry Boys, Summer Heights High and We Can Be Heroes - all hilarious and cringe-worthy. I love them. You will totally be able to relate to some of hte characters - they'll be just like people you actually know.
