Default How much should a 22 month old sleep??

Just wondering if anyone else has an approx 22 month old and how much they're sleeping! My DD does about 12 hrs at night but I'm finding that if she sleeps any more than 1.5 hours for her day sleep she refuses to go to bed at 7 and is up until about 9pm. She would sleep 3 hours during the day if I let her. Is that normal at this age?? Just wondering how much others this age are sleeping coz my sil told me that she should still be able to do a 3 hr sleep and settle at 7!

At the moment DD (23mths) sleeps about 10 hrs overnight plus a 2 hour sleep some days. If she sleeps durung the day then she wont go to bed until 8pm and wakes at 6am (well 5am at the moment because of daylight savings). On days she doesnt nap she goes to bed between 6pm and 7pm and wakes at 6am.

when my DD was 22 months she was sleeping from 7am-7-7.30am with a 2-3 hour nap during the day (12noon-230-3ish). She now 3.5 yrs and still has a 2 hour nap and is in bed at 7.30 (asleep by 8pm most nights) and is up at around 7am!!

What time does she nap/wake up? Maybe her nap is too late. I found Noon to be a great nap time!

DS sleeps 10 hours over night and 1.5 hours during the day. He couldn't do without his day sleep, he gets so cranky!

DS goes to bed at 8pm and is up at 6am.
