    Thanks for the well wishes everyone. It's really lovely to see so many strangers offer support .
    I'm feeling much better today, think I (ugh...) passed the baby last night. Found an apple seed sized lump of paler looking tissue on my pad. Didn't want to look too close if I'm honest, it's heartbreaking enough to go through it and the last thing I wanted was to turn into a quivering pile of tears at 4 in the morning.
    I haven't told DH, I think he's happier not knowing the mechanics of it all.

    I'm still having cramping this morning but it's not the full on, breath sucking contractions it was before so I'm hoping the worst is over.
