I am feeling pretty average at the moment, incredibly bloated (I seriously look 2nd trimester pregnant) and carrying a few extra kg’s that I didn’t have a few months ago!
I don’t like the idea of crash diet type detoxing (like the lemon detox diet), but feel like I need a bit of a cleanse. By far the best detox I’ve done was the Liver Cleansing Diet, but that’s a strict 8 week eating regime and I’m just not up for it at this point in time.
Can anyone suggest a good method of detoxing? I suppose eating fruit and veg only and drinking heaps of water for a few days could help???
