    Default Evening Primrose Oil questions

OK I have never used it before. Since dilating is the hard part for me I decided to try it this time.

Are suppose to use it before bed?

Is 2 1ooomg capsule inserted in the vagina and 2 taken orally right?

    From 36/37 weeks ?

    TMI warning
I tried that last night. I woke up wet so I assumed that was left over oil etc.... I been up and about (well just sitting) for a few hours, I hadn't had a shower yet. When i stood at the sink and notice a small steam running down my legs. I don't think it was urine as normally only have issues if i sneeze or cough. It didn't smell or feel like waters. It smelt nutty/oily. Is this normal when you use the primrose oil?

I want to believe that is what it is as hubby is 6 hours drive away.

That sounds like EPO from what I remember of using it with DD.

I used to use it before bed and take the two in the morning.

I inserted it once and that happened to me....didn't like it....so didn't do it again. However I did take 3 a day from 34weeks (breaky, lunch, dinner) then upped it from about 36 weeks to 6 a day, 2 for breaky, lunch, dinner.

I did this with my last 3 children....they were the only once who came early. Could be a co-incidence but I'd like to think that it was the EPO. I found on days that I forgot to take them, my BH's weren't as strong as the days I took them, they were veeerrrry strong. So it certainly does stuff to your uterus.
