Default Feeling sad, emotional, fed up! Blughhh

Neekie, I just wanted to give you an update- DH was made redundant last week (fairly common occurrence in his industry) and at the moment we're busy packing and getting organised to move at the beginning of September. Things are falling so beautifully into place that it's like the universe is telling us we outstayed our welcome in this town.
So besides feeling sorry for DH losing his job, I'm pretty ecstatic.
How are things going with you?

Oh yay! That couldn't have worked out better could it! Things always happen for a reason I think.

What's he going to do now??

Things are good! It's really nice having DH home but I forgot how messy he is! Haha!
We found out we are having a girl which is wonderful after two boys

He'll be chasing up contacts once we move, but will be able to pick up some freelance work in the meantime to keep the $ coming in.
And when we move, I'll be able to work if I need to, so we're not stressed about finances at the moment.

Congrats on the girl! I had a boy after 2 girls- it's so lovely having the "opposite" gender after two of the same. Enjoy!
