    • 1 x punnet of strawberries
    • 2 Tablespoons Brandy (extra for strawberries)
    • 1 x 300 ml container of cream
    • 1 x 500 ml carton of custard (thick custard is best)
    Make jelly overnight.
    Wash and hull strawberries.
Soak in 2 Tabs of Brandy.
    Whip Cream.
Cut Swiss roll in 1 cm rounds.
Arrange over the base of a large, and deep dessert dish.
