Default What do 2 year old girls like?

Very general question, I know .. but having had two boys and not many girls in my world, I have no idea what to buy my friends daughter for her 2nd birthday.

Any ideas/tips would be much appreciated! I am more than happy to steer away from toys - wondering if a gift of clothing/jewelry is ok at this age .. ??

    Thanks!

My daughter is 21 months, she loves dolls, anything noisy, giggle & hoot and playing dress ups. I think clothes and jewellery are great gifts regardless of age!

Seconding the My Little Ponies - I had similar growing up & had heaps of fun with them. Clothing/jewellery is good too!

Books, Playdough, Sesame Street, Elmo, Dora the Explorer, Tinkerbell or My Little Pony.

Just a few ideas/brands to think of.

My daughter and girlfriends daughters love any of the above..

    Good luck :-)
