Default Quick tip RE: Quiche for lunch

I have an old friend coming over today, so I want to make a Quiche for lunch.
    Just wondering, should I:

    - Make the Quiche NOW, Let it cool down and then serve later cold.

    - Make the Quiche NOW, let it cool down and then heat and serve later (the whole quiche or piece? Oven or microwave?)
    OR
    - Make the filling now and bake just before serving

    THANKS

If it was me I would make now (if that's easier) and bake. Then before they arrive reheat gently in the oven. I always do this when doing lunch when I make zucchini quiche!!!
It also means you have time to chill out and relax with your friends instead of being in the kitchen.
    Yum. Enjoy.

Yup. Make it now and re heat later in the oven.

Gives you time to clean up the kitchen and relax before they come over!

I always make a quiche for guests. So Yummy and easy

I like my quiche cold so i'd make it now and serve it cold when they got there, or ask if they wanted it warmed up, and serve with a bit of salad.

Hello, I cooked it earlier and then heated it up just before lunch (it was 'just' warm). She loved it! Thanks
