Yes. DF had 2 cartons of coke in the trolley, put the other items up to be scanned, forgot to tell the cashier that he had the coke so she could put it in the machine, walked out with 2 free cartons of coke.
He realised when he got home, and called them. They said not to worry about going back to pay for it, too much hassle.

I once gave DD2 a box of coffee sachets to hold, she was being a sook so I was trying to distract her. I forgot to get it scanned. I called when I got home and they said it wasn't worth going back in for a $3 item.

Yes, ONCE. A Chuppa Chup, I had put it in the pram hood that was folded back and didn't notice it until we had walked the 20 minute walk home that day. No way was I going back all that way with a tired child for a 60 cent lollypop.

I think this one still gives me the biggest guilts......

At the Easter show in 1990 I picked up some magazines thinking the were freebies places give out. Wasn't till I got home and was going through my stuff I realised. I hid it in the recyling and didn't mention it again. I was like 9 at the time.

I still avoid that stall at the show whenever I get a chance to go. I will be avoiding it on Thursday when I ho for the first time in 7 years.

I am now 31 and the guilt still haunts me.

I also took a bag from golo once. I tested that it would fit across my body and left it there while looking at stuff. When I realised I then thought about the grungy 15yo who's job it was to check this "larger then A4" bag, and how he didn't then went about my merry way.

I am bad like that. I don't admit it if it was cause you didn't do your job.
