How far along is she? I'm 11 weeks this week with my first and am feeling better every week. So I'm sure she'll feel better

Has she got a favourite tv show she can curl up on the couch and watch? I love The Big Bang Theory. Also going swimming is nice (just stay away from the spa.)

Dh used to talk about how he wanted the babies room, what kind of father he wanted to be...used to melt my heart We actually didnt find out the sex until we had my son so we started picking names for both so we were very prepared! DH wrote a list and it was just a feel good moment to read the names he had picked Also DH having an opinion on what we wanted to buy for bubba...like if I was researching prams it was always nice to see that he was interested and had an opinion on what he wanted. Oh n what used to make me feel warm n fuzzy inside (even if I was being horrible) was just a simple hand on the belly..even though in the begining bubba was only the size of a pea it was always a nice gesture

Default Sounds like we need a baby diary or something ...

to do a little bit of daydreaming and some creative thinking.

    Cheers

There's not much you can do Apparently the hormones peak around week 10 and should start to settle down then but no guarantees. I remember crying well sobbing really in the supermarket about week 26, poor hubby didn't know what to do.
This first trimester is a tough one, your wife will be super super tired, cranky, happy and everything else rolled into one.

You should see if she wants to get on the forum too, great place to vent and to realise that so many people are going through what you are too.

Try doing so old wives tales for gender prediction, might be good for a laugh and take her mind off things.
