    Default Diet/Supplements for Female health?

    Thought I'd start a thread where ppl can list diet/supplements/exercise or other things they have heard or been recommended can assist female reproductive health?

    Or perhaps ppl can also add what they have heard/been recommended to stay away from?



    Most common recommended I think is Elevit, Blackmores also makes a multi vitamin mix similar but I believe Elevit is better.

    My list is for egg quality
    coq10
    fish oil with iodine & vit D
    royal jelly
    folate
    spirulina
    iron
    berroca
    aloe juice


    I also do ACU weekly.
