    Default So Happy!

After 6 months of applying, my fiancé and I finally got approved for a new retal place! The place we are in currently is literally falling apart (the floor has an enormous hole in it, it's always damp, the walls are full of asbestos and there are always bugs EVERYWHERE because none of the windows or doors are sealed properly.

The new place is a double story townhouse with two bedrooms and it's new! It's also $330 per week which is double what we pay now but we love the new place and were getting desperate. We also love the area - in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Not quite sure how we're going to manage the new rent rate, but if the rent is paid all the other expenses will work out. We don't drink or smoke or anything so our cost of living is quite low.

Finally! A home I can actually see us raising a bubby in
