Golden delicious apples all the way.

Orange are okay, but I can take them or leave them.

Actually I felt incredibly ignorant when I learnt that BOTH apples and oranges could be the cause of my sons eczema!

We have worked out he has an intolerance to salicylates - Oranges have a high amount and make him break out in a rash on his torso.
The only apples he could have whilst on his elimination diet were Red Delicious (peeled) and Golden Delicious (Peeled).

Felt ridiculous having to limit him to peeled (one kind of) apples and peeled ripe pears.

You wouldn't believe the number of people who'd shoot a screwed up face in your direction when you tell them that!

I know you joking, but...you know -- it IS a debate after all

*groan* most of it folded and put away, it seems to have multiplied on the line though - I swear clothing breeds and has a mind of it's own!!
