    coffee, currently have 4 cups a day and rarely have less...
    and sugar, that is a lifelong addiction... tho i have been trying hard to get off that for 3 months now... its getting easier lately tho...

    I've never had any reliance on any drug, including caffeine (don't drink coffee), unless you count sugar.

    I seem to be the complete opposite of an addictive personality... I can give up smoking and drinking just like that and it doesn't worry me. I went three years without a drop of alcohol and it was easy. Found out I was pregnant and quit smoking cold turkey (as well as drinking). I know I must be incredibly lucky (or have incredible willpower!)
