    Default Recommendation for a hair vitamin supplement

    Hi everyone . I am thinking of getting a vitamin supplement for my hair..its become very brittle. I was taking the blackmore preg and bf supplement but want to take one particularly for hair. my iron levels are good.
    A friends suggested Silica tab by Blackmore..any one used them? Any other brand recommendations??

    I'd go to the health food store and browse all the products. I've seen a silica product but don't recall it being blackmores?

    I use Blackmores Silica Compound and I find it good. Without it my hair falls out really badly.

    There is another one that my sister takes called Hair, Skin & Nails (also Blackmores) but I prefer the Silica Compound.

    I take Qsilica. 1 capsule a day and my nails are stronger and my hair stays put.

    There is also

    Biotin. Biotin is part of the B complex group - it's also found in yeast, milk and egg yolk.

    Vitamin B.
    Zinc.
    Anti-Oxidants (vit A, C + E) give you good skin and helps from the inside, stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss. Vitamin A though if taken excessively can cause hairloss.

    Good old protein and also Pantothenic Acid. Pantothenic acid is great for scalp heath and a healthy scalp is vital.
