I celebrate for an entire month before Easter by eating Easter eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then on Easter Day, we get together with the family, have a BBQ and a tonne of food. *Drool*

I make hot cross buns on Friday and we'll have smoked salmon (and bread, lemon, capers etc) for dinner Friday night. Sunday is Easter Egg hunt day and a family coming together day (usually a BBQ here and followed by a walk along the beach, some wine, more good food and a picnic type tea).
