Default Anyone remember Earth Hour last night?

I was here alone. My brother took my dd to his house for a sleepover, my mum went to a wedding, and it was me, 2 cats and a dog. So I sat in darkness on the phone, then gave in and turned on tv for my mum's cat in her room so he would stop whinging and went to bed with my phone. At 9.30 I turned on the front light for my mum then went back to bed. Had planned for bro to come here and play Monopoly by candlelight, but then a change of plans and I was stuck.

It wasn't advertised much this year? (I don't watch commercial TV)

--- ah-well...My little house was in darkness - DP and I were at the pictures watching Hunger Games.

Yep. We turn out all lights except a lamp for DD.

Then watch a movie, so they get 2 hours out of us!

I don't watch much tv either, but it was on fb and posters were up around the place.

I was at the pub for dinner so technically I celebrated it as I had my lights and tv off.

Yep! I sat in darkness on my computer, had all the lights off except the one for my hephew because I don't think he likes the dark.
