About 2hrs if the longest we have ever had to wait.

I have noticed the few times we have ordered pizza for convience over past few months it has come cold, looks rather crap to eat and has also made at least one person sick. If we can go and get fish and chips instead, we will get that instead.

Wow. We have waited 3 hours before!!! Then when it turned up it was the wrong pizza!!!! AND they refused to give it to us for free.

So over 3 hours, still had to pay full price THEN got the wrong pizza had to wait another 30 minutes and wouldn't give us a refund or even a blooming discount!!

So glad I don't even eat pizza anymore. Lol

I once ordered through Domino's online, and sat back and waited. And waited. And waited. After 2 hours I tried to call, but couldn't get through. So I waited some more. And some more. After 4 hours I rang another pizza place (a local independant) and had it within an hour.
At 10:30 that night, Domino's head office called me and apologised- their software had suffered a melt down and no internet orders were going through. They sent me vouchers for 5 free pizza's, so at least they tried to compensate.

About 2 hours. The last time crust took that long to deliver I mentioned on the online order form that I was sick of getting cold pizzas and the manager of the store called me to apologise and said he'd deliver it himself with a free garlic loaf and bottle of coke. I was very suprised and impressed. But given that we spend about $100 a month with them (twice a month, they're expensive) I would have taken our business elsewhere if it hadn't happened.

We ordered pizzas the night of my 16th birthday party, 10 giggling girls waiting and waiting and waiting.... Technically we are still waiting and I turn 28 this year 😱
when my mother called after an hour to find out where they were we we're told they were on their way, another hour passed and she called them again and was told they had lost the order and would send them straight away with free drinks and garlic bread, another hour passed and she called again and was told they were coming, should be within 10 mins.... Half an hour later she called again but the shop had closed.... 12 years later we are still waiting 😝

Longest was about an hour & that was when I was sitting in the store waiting. It seems it didn't go thru the computer properly. Argh!!!
I either order online or call up. Usually 40mins is the min time to get a pizza.

I would have gotten something else to eat instead of waiting 3 hours... that's a long time to wait.. No way i would have paid. I would have told them where to stick it.. If they think somebody waiting 3 hours and then getting the wrong pizza - if they think they deserve to get paid... no chance. Lucky that hasn't happened to me. Yet. LOL. They would certainly be getting an earful and the door slammed in their face.
