    I actually didn't have too much problem when my milk dried up, but I DEFINITELY agree with the cabbage leaves. YES you feel silly doing it but it's extremely helpful and makes things a bit less uncomfortable.

    Just do not let the water touch your boobs..that is where I went wrong..ommmgggg, can anyone say spraying pussy nipple. oucchhh.

    And that was after 3 years of bfing, so it can go wrong at any time, crazy hey.

    Look after yourself, those bfing hormones really knock you around..do something kind for yourself sweetheart.

    I found standing in a warm steamy shower and literally milking myself.
    Or a more expensive options is a breast pump... And just pumping until u feel deflated.... That worked fr me, but it only took 2 days for me to completely dry up, I really had nothing to give.

    Oh and fill breast pads with water and check them in the fReezer... HEAVEN!!!
