    Default I think I popped a stitch?!

I had a c section 9 days ago and have possibly over done it the past few days I went shopping today anyway my wound was stinging so I checked it out and it looks like I have opened it up only very slightly at the end like less than a cm it stings but isn't too painful yet should I be worried??

If you think it has opened up even a tiny bit, you need to get it seen too ASAP, so they can re-close / re-stitch it. I pulled an internal stitch at 5 weeks post Caesar because I overdid it and although not serious I needed bed rest for 2 days to ensure it healed. All the best and please take care of yourself and take it easy!
