Yep the last bit really does suck - I've lost 25kg quite easily without going on a diet - just eating well and exercising (not in a while though) ... Time to tighten the reins and get it all gone for good. Best thing is I've maintained my weight loss for almost a year so I know I can maintain.

You just reminded me I haven't made bliss balls in ages....they look similar to the choc philly balls, though I make them from chopped nuts, dates & cocoa then roll them in coconut. Think I might be making some shortly...
Well the diet totally went out the window today!
Slow cooked roast beef, potatoes pumpkin & sweet potato roasted in duck fat (don't knock it til you've tried it!), brussel sprouts and peas & corn. Topped with gravy made from the roast juice.
DH did another slow cooker meal. He made chicken tikka masala from scratch - its amazing!!!
