    His dinner (top) : baked potatoes topped with grilled chorizo & jalapeños, melted cheese, chopped white onion, tomato & baby spinach, and sour cream.

    My dinner (below) : Optifast vegetable soup with added veggie protein powder, psyllium husks and Benefibre.

    Eating to lose weight doesn't have to suck. The prawn recipe I adapted from was only 297 calories http://www.healthyfoodguide.com.au/r...ashed-tomatoes the website has lots of healthy yummy food

    I neeeeeed to lose weight tooooo since going back to my Thermomix I've started to put all my weight back on with all the carbs!!!! Arrgh!!! Theboys&me inspire me with your healthy high protein meals again x

    Ok I will I've still got about 6 kg to lose - I'm sitting around 64/65kg atm and I just can't shake the last bit.

    But challenge accepted - I shall go back to my clean eating
