    Just made these for DD. Zucchini & carrot slice in muffin trays. It's our first proper egg-based dish - her allergy test showed no sensitivities but still slightly nervous!

    Oh good luck Cue!!! My 4 1/2 year old just started tolerating cooked egg a couple of weeks ago...she has to avoid raw egg for 6 months but then she's good to go! It's such an exciting and nerve wracking time when you give it to them!

    Great day in the kitchen today feeling very creative
    Spinach & feta dumplings, mushroom & cheese dumplings in a chunky mushroom sauce for lunch ... ( looks terrible but very nice)
    AND ... Coconut Tuna and Veg on a bed of rice for dinner yummmmm!

    Wow, some DELICIOUS looking food.

    Dinner last night was a salad of rocket, pear, roasted capsicum, pecans with a french dressing...along with corn & coriander fritters
