I toasted this bread and just added a tiny bit of butter and a little drizzle or balsamic reduction. Yum.

My dinner tonight---Barramundi and veges en papillote and saute kale. First time I cooked kale (someone recommended it as it's rich in iron as I'm iron depleted at the moment and the iron tablets are not agreeing with my bowels). Attachment 20895
Haha I have no idea how to pronounce that!! Looks good though

en papilotte means wrapped in paper envelope LOL! I don't have a big enough steamer, so I always steam fish in the oven with it wrapped in paper/foil.

The kale was quite nice, a bit crunchy. I sauted it with butter, garlic and some bacon bits. I have cooked some cavolo nero before in minestrone soup, they taste the same, also a bit similar to chinese vegetable called kai lan.

    The omelette looks appetising.

My breakfast today---porridge with physillium husk, honey, prunes and blueberries and decaff coffee
