Looks great Theboys&me. You deserve your last supper!

My dinner tonight---Barramundi and veges en papillote and saute kale. First time I cooked kale (someone recommended it as it's rich in iron as I'm iron depleted at the moment and the iron tablets are not agreeing with my bowels). Steamfish.jpg

I still follow this thread & your amazing foods but have nothing new to contribute to.

Dinner today: salmon in mandarin juice, should be orange but none left. pumpkin & sweet potato, left over from DS' puree, he started solids last week

No sorry I can give you a quick run down of what I added to the mixture the other night. It's super easy.

    3 potatoes
    1 small sweet potato
Equal portion of pumpkin to sweet potato
    1 onion
    1/4 cup or red lentils.

I put everything in a bowl then added a cup of water and put in the microwave till cooked ( about 7-8 minutes)

Then I added 1/3 - 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast.
    1/2 tbs spoon of garlic
About 2 teaspoons each of cumin and coriander.
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
    2 tbs of coconut cream.

I tasted and added more of whatever it needed.
