    WL, what's your egg replacer? I made my first batch of GF vegan pancakes and used banana but they were a bit rubbery-ish is a flax egg and bi crab good enough?

    Hye I don't really snack a lot - but if I do I tend to just have fruit, fresh dates, or rice crackers and sweet chilli philly I'm not much help.

    Although ideas off the top of my head are banana bread, muffins, popcorn, yoghurt, nuts.

    not sure if I'm much help sorry!!

    Doing a marathon cook up over the next couple of days. I get my braces on Thursday and I'm not sure I'll be up to cooking much by the sounds of it. So I thought I'd stock the freezer with food for the boys and me

    First dish - slow cooked apricot chicken
