    I'm assuming that's for me??

    It's actually really easy the way I do it. I just have a small saucepan and get the water boiling well. Then I crack the eggs straight in - no stirring - no plastic. They look like they'll spread and not stay together - but they always do!! Then I just fish them out with a spoon and place them on some paper towel. Always works for me. Hope that helps .... I'm sure there's a proper way you're meant to do them ... Haha
