    Don't fret too much about the wine etc you've had recently. I believe I read somewhere that the placenta does not support baby right away, baby survives from the egg-sac thingy it's in until the placenta gets bigger and starts "feeding" the baby through mums blood (does that make sense?) so unless you're getting close to the end of your first trimester, it should be fine.
