    Question Stress??

    Hi all,

the last 2wks i have been feeling very stressed more so than before. I'm not sure why excaclty.
Things that i used to be albe to handle i cant & i get very stressed out easily.
I seen the Dr a week ago...but that was for a checkup on my IUD. But she said my blood pressure was up...which i have never had. She said to try not to get stressed as it could bring it up even higher..But i dont know whats going on. I feel like my head is going to explode.

    for you darling.

I had this several times. I don't know what's going on in your life but when I have this kind of thing I usually try to think and remember when I actually started feeling that way and figure out what was the trigger. Sounds like Freud but it actually does help me. Plus because I do it all "inside" there is no point lying to yourself and this way I get to the bottom of the problem. Then it is the finding the solution stage, which is usually difficult but not as depressing. Sort out your feelings - it helps.

    Kel,

Maybe you need a night out with DH to re-energise those batteries of yours. You could be stressed because you don't get much "YOU" time. Just a thought hon.

I hope it gets better for you soon

I do need ME time... I'm filling in an application to go do volenteer work at the AWL (animal welfare league) just walking dogs grooming animals etc... But atleast it will be something i can do to get away.
I did also say to DH yesterday we need a night out or even just alone.

    Hi,
I am going to the dr's tomorrow to get checked because I have become really grumpy and snappy which is not like me, I generally handle pressure really well but lately I am biting everyones heads off, i have also been getting headaches and jsut feel really flat, so hopefully the dr's find something or maybe I am just going crazy???

I have also been getting headaches alot..& bad ones. I always feel hot. Like i will say to DH..."open the house up its so hot" he says "umm no its not its just you again!"
I mean im sweating first thing in the morning.
    I feel so tired.

No jem i havnt looked into family day care yet.
I wanna wait till E gets his chick pox needle. which is in a month.
I rang the pre school's today to find out how much it is for both boys to start...they said $30 each a day. i only want 1 day. Because i think if they are together it will be better...last time i tried phoenix just cried & i had to pick him up.
