    I too would be seeking a second opinion. I find it astounding that he would diagnose without asking you for a more comprehensive picture of your daughters life.

    No I wouldn't be happy either. My DS1 was diagnosed with ADHD after 12mnths worth or assessments and forms from the school, child mental health teams etc. even after the dx we tried other avenues before the pead would even consider medications.
