Default bleeding and pain after c section

I had a c section 1 week ago and was fine when I left hospital on day 3 no pain and my bleeding had gone light and brown but the past few days I have had a lot more bleeding and pain
is this just cause I'm home and doing more things???

    Could very well be.

Try and take it as easy as possible (I know, not always doable). Your body is getting over major surgery.

    Congratulations!

I found that if I pushed myself too much my bleeding would increase again and so would my pain. Had to learn to take it easy on myself.

From my experience (2 csections), it's normal... In saying that though, take it easy as much as you can... You just had a baby!!!

It could be but it does still sound quite normal. You really have to take it easy though! Hard as that can be...

Make sure you are not letting your pain relief get low, try to take it as easy as you can and use a suppository to help you go to toilet and DeGas to help with wind pain. I didn't pay attention to the 'take it easy' part and ended up with an infected access that burst my wound open when my DS was 8 weeks old. Trust me you do not want to be dealing with that. I learnt the hard way, if in doubt seek medical opinion best to be safe.
