I'm 21w3d with my first and still haven't felt kicks. I do have some stage tingly feelings and sometimes think I have gas but could be kicks - who knows?! Im not worried Doppler still picks up a strong heartbeat and I have an anterior placenta which isn't helping.

I was around 19 weeks, but the 'flutters' are more noticeable in hindsight. I'm getting some good strong pokes now, around 23 weeks. I also have an anterior (front) placenta, which muffles movement and its my first baby too, so was hard to know for sure at first, but they just get stronger. I love it, reminder of my bub even when I'm not thinking of her!
