    Default Taxis and Littlies

Not having my own littlie and not catching a cab for about 7 years I am trying to find out..

Does my 3yo Nephew need a Car seat in a Taxi in NSW? The RTA site says he must be wearing a suitable seatbelt but only says Child restraint for under 12 months, is that right?

I have looked ad it and still feel confused Just wanting to see if anyone on here knows.

Over 12 months they just have to wear a seatbelt.

    It's madness.

But you can pre book taxis with a car seat.

No it's probably not easy at all.

Although my in-laws were lucky twice when they went out with DD and needed a cab - two days in a row they flagged one with a seat.

Every time I've caught one with DS, I've just stated that I have my one year old with me, and they come with a seat
