What do you mean by raw baby beetroot? Fresh that you have boiled yourself? Roasted? Or tin?

Lol... Holy crap guys, you's put in heaps!!!

When we have salad we have lettuce with olive oil and brown vinigar. Its how my family had it back in italy, so we have that most of the time.

Sometimes i do a roast pumpkin red onion fetta and baby spinach salad or a pre bpught greek salad from woolies.

    The end lol

Our normal salad is lettuce (or mixed leaves) with capsicum, carrot, cucumber, tomato, olives, cheese, avocado, spring onion or red onion.
My fave salad is warm swordfish salad... Warm potatoes with blanched beans, cos lettuce, olives, sundried tomatoes spring onion, parmesan, fish with ranch dressing and some seeded mustard OMG delish!!!
I also make a pasta salad that we all enjoy just spiral pasta with diced capsicum, a can of corn kernels, egg mayo (little bit), thousand island dressing sometimes for something a bit different we add fried of bacon and onion.

What sort of cheese do y'all have in your salads? I'll chuck in some feta or bocconcini if i have some but that's extremely rare.
