Default Spatone - iron supplement ??

Hi, I've just bought some of this to try. Any tips on taking it? Do you take it morning or night? Does it actually work? I've been struggling with fatigue and need to be at work (I'm a school teacher so I really need energy). I'm hoping this will help?? I'm only four weeks pregnant. I'm also hoping its gentle on stomach as its says!!! Anyone swear by it???

Haha. Sounds hardcore. Thanks! I wished I known about this last week. I struggled through the last part of the week at work and have pretty much slept all weekend!!! The chemist made it sound amazing and I wondered if I was being gullible!!

I wondered if it made morning sickness worse? When do you take it???

I have some but drank it straight and damn it was horrible lol. I'll mix it with cordial and water next time (you can do that right?)

I took it after having my son and it was great. I used to put it in a glass of fresh orange juice as it masked the metallic taste and also I think vit c helps you absorb iron.

Yep it's best to have it with juice, vitamin c does help with the absorption!
